Falling Snow Wax Melt Snap Bar Silicone MoldThis wax melt mold is 4” x 2” and available in a depth of 3/5" (0.6"), which holds approximately 2oz of wax, or 1”, which holds approximately 3.5oz of wax. Deep grooves make it easy for your customers to break this wax melt snap bar into multiple pieces.
All of our silicone molds are handmade and most of our designs are produced in 3d printed master molds; due to the nature of 3d printing, some 3d printed layer lines may be visible in the mold and on a finished object produced with our molds. Unless otherwise specified, our molds have a mostly smooth surface that will leave a matte finish on your final product no matter what material you use.
All of our molds are proudly made in the USA from high quality Smooth-On silicone that is tested to be oven safe up to 450℉.
Currently, these molds are made to order, with a TAT of 3-10 business days.
Please remember that our molds are handmade products. Superficial flaws that will not affect the final product may exist on the outside of the molds. We have a rigorous testing and inspection process to try to prevent shipping out flawed or damaged molds, but we are human and mistakes can and do happen from time to time. If your mold arrives damaged or a defect is found in the first few uses, please contact us with your concerns so we can discuss getting you a replacement ASAP. While we do expect you to be able to use our molds for a long time, we have a listing for a repair kit which can help prolong the life of your older and most well used molds.

Shipping / Returns / Exchanges
All of our products are handmade and can take time to make. We try to keep an inventory of all of our products on hand at all times to allow us to ship out most orders the day they are received or the next day in the majority of cases, however a delay of 2-3 days or even a week can happen for new molds the first week they are released, popular molds that have been posted/shared in a large community causing a surge of demand, a large order with multiple copies of the same mold, etc. Our current processing time is 1-5 business days. It is very rare that any of our orders will take longer than a week to process, but if something comes up where your product will be delayed that long we will do our best to reach out and let you know the orders progress along the way! We use USPS for shipping, with most small orders going out as first class mail, usually arriving in 2-4 business days.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (i.e. the order confirmation email).To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org. Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable itemsDue to sensitivity to certain fragrance oils, we are unable to accept used molds for a return/refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, we will work with you to make it right!Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on "B Grade" molds or gift cards.
If an exchange is necessary, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We also will work with you to send out a replacement after we receive your defective item back if desired.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
