Since these are handmade items that are not made in bulk, Returns and Exchanges are generally not accepted, but please contact us at shop@michellescreationstx.com if you have a problem with your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

"B grade" mold sales are final.
