What's in the box?!??
- 2 regular molds!
- 1 mold that has inserts!
- 2 inserts for that mold!
This gives you 5 different designs in one box!
All molds in this subscription box will be intended for freshies. They will be 1 inch deep and while they will work for the purpose, they will leave a matte finish on resin, soap, or wax. If you're interested in a dedicated resin/soap/wax mold subscription box, please contact us!
This is not a subscription box where everyone who receives it will receive an identical haul. Each box may be different, but all boxes will have a value of $70-80.
We will try to keep the boxes themed with an eye towards the next holiday sales season. So a box in August will likely have fall and/or Halloween molds, and a box in February will probably have something Easter themed, etc.
If your customers have strong size preferences, please put that in the notes on your order.
How to order
Since this is the first subscription product on our site, we wanted to explain the options. The base price of this box is $55. If you purchase it as a monthly subscription we will discount it by $5 so the box will cost $50 each month. If you choose to prepay for a year's subscription, we discount each of the boxes to $45/month which comes out to $540.No additional discounts apply
Some things to know:
-Location-specific items, such as state molds, will only go to people in those locations. If you live in Texas, you might get a Texas mold, but you won’t get Georgia or Alabama or Florida.
-We're keeping track of what goes into each box - you won’t get the same mold twice.
-We also looked up past orders for all subscribers. You won’t get duplicates of items you’ve ordered from us.
-We're also taking into account the sizes of the items you’ve ordered in the past. So for example, if you’ve ordered the large sunflower, you might get the large poisoned apple or the large ghost; if you’ve only ordered smaller molds, you might get the small poisoned apple or the small ghost.
Our story
We are a small family owned business founded during the summer of 2020. Like a lot of small businesses, we started as a wife and husband team, working in the evenings at our kitchen and dining room tables after the kids went to bed, burning the midnight oil. We currently have over 1,200 unique designs and are adding more each week!
We have a showroom in Humble, Texas. While it isn't open to the public on a daily schedule, please contact us if you would like to stop by and shop locally!
Shipping
All of our products are handmade and can take time to make. We try to keep an inventory of all of our products on hand at all times to allow us to ship out most orders the day they are received or the next day in the majority of cases, however a delay of 2-3 days or even a week can happen for new molds the first week they are released, popular molds that have been posted/shared in a large community causing a surge of demand, a large order with multiple copies of the same mold, etc. Our current processing time is 1-5 business days. It is very rare that any of our orders will take longer than a week to process, but if something comes up where your product will be delayed that long we will do our best to reach out and let you know the orders progress along the way! We use USPS for shipping, with most small orders going out as first class mail, usually arriving in 2-4 business days.
Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (i.e. the order confirmation email).To start a return, you can contact us at support@michellescreationstx.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at support@michellescreationstx.com. Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable itemsDue to sensitivity to certain fragrance oils, we are unable to accept used molds for a return/refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, we will work with you to make it right!Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on "B Grade" molds or gift cards.
Exchanges
If an exchange is necessary, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We also will work with you to send out a replacement after we receive your defective item back if desired.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
