Pre-Order Molds Fall 2024
The molds that can be purchased from this listing are not yet ready to ship. Turn around time will be 5-10 business days from the time of your purchase. These molds have been 3D modeled and we are able to make them, but we won't begin the process of 3D printing their mold housings and making them and getting them ready to ship until they are first purchased.

If we are able to make it, we'll add it to this listing and get started after it is purchased. This listing is only for items that are available to everyone. Exclusive items will have to go through a different process, but can still be requested using the custom mold request form link above.
Shipping
All of our products are handmade and can take time to make. We try to keep an inventory of all of our products on hand at all times to allow us to ship out most orders the day they are received or the next day in the majority of cases, however a delay of 2-3 days or even a week can happen for new molds the first week they are released, popular molds that have been posted/shared in a large community causing a surge of demand, a large order with multiple copies of the same mold, etc. Our current processing time is 1-5 business days. It is very rare that any of our orders will take longer than a week to process, but if something comes up where your product will be delayed that long we will do our best to reach out and let you know the orders progress along the way! We use USPS for shipping, with most small orders going out as first class mail, usually arriving in 2-4 business days.
Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (i.e. the order confirmation email).To start a return, you can contact us at support@michellescreationstx.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at support@michellescreationstx.com. Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable itemsDue to sensitivity to certain fragrance oils, we are unable to accept used molds for a return/refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, we will work with you to make it right!Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on "B Grade" molds or gift cards.
Exchanges
If an exchange is necessary, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We also will work with you to send out a replacement after we receive your defective item back if desired.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
