Organic Castor Oil is expeller pressed from the castor bean which does not use additional heat. Using very high pressure castor seeds are pushed through a cavity and friction is used to extract the oil. The remaining oil is then filtered through a very small micron mesh resulting in a very pure oil.

Common Uses:
Wide range of uses throughout the cosmetic, soap and personal use sectors. It can be used as a stand alone product or integrated into many different formulations. Organic Castor oil is often used to harden lye processed soaps. Common products created using castor oil include lye soaps, hair conditioners, creams, salves, balms, styling products and other cosmetic items.

Shipping
All of our products are handmade and can take time to make. We try to keep an inventory of all of our products on hand at all times to allow us to ship out most orders the day they are received or the next day in the majority of cases, however a delay of 2-3 days or even a week can happen for new molds the first week they are released, popular molds that have been posted/shared in a large community causing a surge of demand, a large order with multiple copies of the same mold, etc. Our current processing time is 1-5 business days. It is very rare that any of our orders will take longer than a week to process, but if something comes up where your product will be delayed that long we will do our best to reach out and let you know the orders progress along the way! We use USPS for shipping, with most small orders going out as first class mail, usually arriving in 2-4 business days.
